Introducing the Tremec® T-56 Magnum 6-speed manual transmission, the long awaited and highly anticipated replacement for the original T-56.  Based heavily on the TR-6060, the all-new Magnum takes the best of Tremec’s® current OEM design and manufacturing technologies and combines them with the most popular features of their intensely popular TKO 5-speed.  The result is the smoothest shifting greatest driving, strongest and most versatile 6-speed aftermarket transmission Tremec® has ever produced.

The T56 MAGNUM 6-speed manual transmission features:
  • 700HP/700LB-FT rating.
  • Gear Ratios: 2.66 1st; 1.78 2nd; 1.30 3rd; 1.00 4th; 0.80 5th; 0.63 6th; 2.90 reverse.
  • 1-1/8" x 26 spline GM pattern input shaft.
  • 31 spline Ford pattern output shaft.
  • Both Mechanical and Electronic speedometer outputs.
  • Three shift positions available: 18.7", 22.8", and 26.4" from the rear face of the engine block.
  • For use with mechanical clutch actuator.
Available late March 2009 for mate-up to Ford Modular engines.  More Ford applications coming soon!
