 Keisler and Empire Mopars of New Windsor, New York have built the Maximum Overdrive 'Kuda - a state of the art 1971 Plymouth Barracuda restomod - built with essentially bolt on parts from well-known sponsoring manufacturers. The heart of this machine is Keisler's new A-41 programmable automatic overdrive transmission with full manual Engine Braking control and steering wheel articulated Paddle Shifter. The A41 is coupled to a 6.1L SRT8 Hemi engine with fuel injection and lightweight 8.75 differential with rear Anti-Lock brakes. The steering wheel mounted paddle shifter features a large LED display of gear position, and is wireless for an easy connection to horn wiring.  With the stock floor or column mounted shift lever in Overdrive, the driver commands Upshift or Downshift at the pull of right or left paddle.  If that wasn't enough, Keisler has added its exclusive DualMode switch for effortless togging between cruise and high performance transmission calibrations, giving the driver comfort shifts in full auto mode, or firmer shifts in full manual mode.

Painted in Tangelo Pearlescent Orange, this baby is modernized with modern climate control, power windows with illuminated controls, Viper SRT-10 style 20 inch wheels, 4-wheel disc brakes and tuned suspension components.
