I was looking to upgrade the 4-speed Muncie I had in my 69 Chevelle. While looking through car show literature , I came across a flyer for Keisler Automotive. After weeks of deliberation, the time had finally come --"to make the call." I spoke to Gene Charsha who was extremely helpful. He answered all of my NUMEROUS questions. I told him that I needed to have my car done in time for the 2007 HOT ROD POWER TOUR, and was working with a deadline. The TKO 600 arrived in 2 weeks, and after the auto shop sent the measurements back, the driveshaft was cut and delivered in 4 days. The install was done 3 days prior to my leaving to start the POWER TOUR 2007. The car and the TKO 600 were fine and the 3400 mile trip was a huge success. The car is a blast to drive on the highway now. My gas mileage has gone up, the shifts are short and crisp, and cockpit noise has significantly reduced. Thanks to Keisler Automotive and Gene Charsha. MONEY WELL SPENT.

"The Keisler modified TKO is so smooth, that it practically shifts itself."

Mike Howard, '68 Chevelle SS Convertible, 502/502hp, Keisler
Perfectfit 5-speed: I am very impressed with the difference between
the old Muncie and my new Keisler 5-speed. My car is a pleasure
to drive now, instead of the beast that it was before. The shifter
came out right where it was supposed to, and now I run 70 mph
at about 2000 RPM. I’m sold!

Roy
Funk, ' 67 Chevelle 427/500hp, Keisler PerfectFit 5-speed: The
results are exactly what I was looking for. The floor
modification was easy and the interior still looks stock. The TKO-600
shifts smoother and the lower first gear really helps acceleration.
I am
using much less fuel, too. The overdrive is awesome!

Chuck Strong, '66 GTO 455/400hp, Keisler PerfectFit TKO500: The Keisler
PerfectFit installation only took 2 ½ hours and it went really
smoothly. The shifter went in exactly where it was supposed to go. It
looks stock except for the knob. I have increased my performance, increased
my gas mileage, and reduced wear and tear on my engine: What else could
you ask for?

Don
Harber, '72 Lemans: "The Keisler perfect-fit 5 speed install
went smoothly as planned. The template was easy to lay out and
cut,and the new sheetmetal was a
perfect fit.The shifter came out in the exact location with
the console.
I now cruise @ 70mph @ 2100 rpm, instead of 3000rpm.The cost
has been
worth every penny and I did it myself. Thanks for a complete
plug and
play kit."

Ernie Murr, 1970 Chevelle SS, 327/350HP, Keisler PerfectFit 5-speed: "The new 5-speed shifts very smoothly and the car accelerates much more quickly. Now I get 20 MPG due to the lower rpm on the highway, too. The hydraulic clutch linkage has a really nice feel."

Don Turner, '69 Chevelle, 454/450hp, Keisler PerfectFit
5-speed: The 5-speed quieted the car down a lot in 5th gear and
makes the car more user-friendly on the highway. My cruising RPM
has dropped from more than 3000 down to 2200 on the interstate.

David
Clark, '66 Chevelle 396, Keisler PerfectFit 5-speed: 5th gear
is great, it really drops my engine RPM at highway speeds. It
is everything I hoped it would be.
