Shipping
Domestic Orders (USA, Canada & Mexico)
Shipping costs will be added to every order when the order is processed. As a rule of thumb, shipping for 5-speed transmission orders costs $145 to US locations east of the Mississippi River, and $175 to US locations west of the Mississippi River.
We ship by the following carriers, depending on the requirements of each order:
- FED EX (default carrier for most orders, incl. 5-speed transmission kits)
- Truck (incl. most 6-speed transmission kits) (Lift gate truck $65 extra)
- US Mail
- UPS
Residential deliveries shipped by truck freight are subject to a $45.00 delivery fee.
For orders sold to customers in Canada and Mexico, Keisler will fill out the necessary NAFTA forms to avoid import duties.
Overseas Orders
We ship by the following carriers, depending on the requirements of each order:
- FedEx
- Bax Global
- Export company via commercial airlines
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
- All returns subject to 15% restocking fee.
- All returns must have a Keisler Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and must be shipped pre-paid in original condition. No collect shipments will be accepted. Please insure the returned parts for full value to protect yourself against loss.
- All truck freight returns must be authorized in advance.
- No returns on special order items.
- No returns on electrical items.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required for some special order items, including transmission products.
- If your shipment arrives in a damaged condition, please notify the carrier immediately. If carrier was UPS and damage is over $100.00, please call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) and request a damage inspection.
- Inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If items are missing, you must contact us within five (5) working days.

Express Limited Warranty
|

The product you have purchased from Keisler Engineering (“Keisler”) is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period set forth in the schedule below. No other warranties, express or implied, apply to this purchase.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only; the warranty specifically excludes labor (except for automatic transmission R & R) or consequential damages or injury. The decision as to whether the defective part will be repaired or replaced will rest solely with Keisler. The warranty period begins on the date the product is shipped from Keisler.
This warranty is void if the product is or was improperly installed, abused in any manner, or used for racing or experimental purposes. Road or accident damage is not covered.
To make a claim under this warranty, first call our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Mark the outside of the package with the RMA number you were given, and return the defective product, shipping or postage prepaid, to Keisler Engineering, 2250 Stock Creek Blvd. Rockford,
TN 37853. Please include a copy of the original purchase invoice, a copy of this warranty, and a note describing the circumstances of the failure or malfunction.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America. Any dispute regarding the coverage of this warranty, its application or terms is subject to arbitration in the State of Tennessee.
If the purchaser disagrees with any of the terms of this warranty, please return the purchased item to Keisler within three (3) business days of receipt; Keisler will pay return postage. A decision by the purchaser to retain and install the item purchased will be deemed acceptance of the specific terms of this warranty.

Specialty Equipment Caution,
Liability Limitation and Release
Keisler Engineering ("Keisler") is pleased you have chosen to purchase one of our automotive specialty equipment items. Our products are carefully designed to combine performance, durability and safety, and to work in concert with the vehicle's original equipment. As they are specialty products, however, and as both performance and safety are paramount concerns, we urge our customers to consider having the products professionally installed.
Keisler cautions the purchaser that the enhancement provided by the Keisler specialty equipment item may change the handling characteristics of the vehicle. Keisler urges the purchaser to carefully familiarize him/herself with the vehicle's performance characteristics with the new equipment. This should be done in a safe environment and in a safe manner. For the same reason, Keisler also urges the purchaser to consider participation in one of the performance "driver's schools" run by various organizations, although Keisler does not endorse any particular school.
Keisler has no control over the quality or correctness of equipment installations performed by others, nor can Keisler control the uses (in manner or environment) its products are subjected to. Accordingly, Keisler must limit its liability to the terms of its Express Limited Warranty.
A decision by the purchaser to retain and install the item purchased will be deemed acceptance of the specific terms of this Liability Limitation and Release.
The purchaser expressly releases and waives any claim against Keisler for any consequential damages or injury that may arise from the use, or any malfunction, of its product. This Liability Limitation and Release binds the original purchaser, all successors in interest, and all persons to whom the Keisler product may subsequently be transferred; and the purchaser agrees to make this limitation known to all such persons. This Liability Limitation and Release is part of the consideration for the sale of the Keisler product.
This Liability Limitation and Release is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America. Any dispute regarding its terms or application is subject to arbitration in the State of Tennessee at the request of either party to the sale.
